Whether it is a chronic pain, mobility issue or a neurological condition, I am committed to helping my clients find solutions to their problems, using ABM (Anat Baniel NeuroMovement® Method.)
ABM is a cutting-edge, science-based NeuroMovement® approach that has helped tens of thousands of people eliminate pain by focusing on the “secret” behind all pain—the brain. Almost always, pain is the result of faulty and thus limiting movement.
Through gentle & innovative movement lessons, ABM, quickly wakes up the brain, to form new patterns that eliminate body pain and increase strength, flexibility and coordination.
This approach has helped to restore and improve physical, cognitive and emotional functions for people of all ages and conditions. It also can improve performance in athletes and typical people that want to stay heathy and functional!
NeuroMovement has helped those who suffer from:
There are two ways to experience ABM for adults:
1) One on One Intensives: Maximum 45 minutes in length - $85 CAN per lesson within the Intensive.
This is a grouping of lessons designed to give you the best results in the shortest period of time. Intensives are conducted as a series of 6 to 10 sessions completed within a 2 week time period.
The quick turnaround of these sessions provides you with a reduction in pain while improving your fucntional everyday movement. Quickly.
In a One on One lesson, the practitioner will work together with you to create a specific individual plan to address your current needs and goals.
Gentle and light movement is used to help the client discover new, easier, and more efficient ways to move that help you to eliminate pain, transcend limitations and reach higher levels of performance.
Sessions are conducted with the client fully clothed, sitting, standing or reclining on a specially designed table.
Each Session within an Intensive is $85 CAN and is 45 min in length.
2) Group Lessons: Maximum 1 hour in length - $20 per lesson. (Must have completed an One on One Intensive before joining a Group.)
Each Group Lesson centers around a specific function or movement skill eg: twisting, bending, balancing, standing up, rolling, etc. and the lessons build on one another to bring about profound improvements in flexibility and coordination.
In these Group Lessons, I will be verbally guiding you. These lessons are gentle, safe and easy to follow, yet the outcomes can be dramatic.
The exercises are structured and taught in such a way that people of all ages and abilities can participate and learn at their own pace.
