The TWO ways to book at MOVE Therapies for adults:
1) One on One Lesson Intensive (series of 6-10 Lessons):
An Intensive is a grouping of lessons (each 45 minute max) designed to give you the best results in the shortest period of time. Intensives are conducted as a series of 6 to 10 sessions completed usually within a 2 week time period.
The quick turnaround of these sessions provides you with a reduction in pain while improving your functional everyday movement. Quickly.
In a One on One lesson, the practitioner will work together with you to create a specific individual plan to address your current needs and goals.
Gentle and light movement is used to help the client discover new, easier and more efficient ways to move that help you to eliminate pain, transcend mobility limitations and reach higher levels of performance.
Lessons are conducted with the client fully clothed, sitting, standing or reclining on a specially designed table.

2) Group Lessons:
Each Group Lesson centres around a specific function or movement skill eg: twisting, bending, balancing, standing up, rolling, etc. and the lessons build on one another to bring about profound improvements in flexibility and coordination.
In these Group Lessons, you will be verbally guided. These lessons are gentle, safe and easy to follow, yet the outcomes can be dramatic.
The exercises are structured and taught in such a way that people of all ages and abilities can participate and learn at their own pace.
Group Classes are 45 minutes in length - $20 per lesson.
These group lessons are taught by both ABM Practitioners Leanne Scott and Dale Fuhr.
